On Sunday, October 6th Mauna Loa Helicopters was invited to participate in Hawaii Youth and Children Day held at the Hawaii State Capital. It was the 25th anniversary of this event, and , MLH was so excited to be a part of it.MLH had helicopter drones for the children to fly. We offered $99 introductory flights for prospective students and handed out candy and toys to the children.This was such a great experience for our school to participate in, we loved seeing the children’s faces light while playing with the drone helicopters. Meeting people who had never heard of our school, and educating them on what we do was a fulfilling day.We are looking forward to being invited next year, and maybe even bring a helicopter for the children to sit in!
