What do you find unique, challenging, or fulfilling about your job?

Weather is not available easily and is usually a layman version of how it looks in the mountains. Mountain wind & turbulence make the job more challenging at certain locations which become a high risk task

Do you have any other comments or suggestions for those just beginning in the industry?

"Best 13 months of my life" is how I explain my time in Hawaii/MLH. My first job as CFI/Photo pilot gave me an opportunity to fly over NYC. Visited the cities on the east coast down to South Carolina (R44 tour pilot) for 6 months, over the Disney parks in Florida(R44) for 5 months (Animal park was my favorite).

Got my first turbine job back in NY and worked there for a year, after which I got a job offer in Nepal. Considering many factors decided on returning to my home country Nepal. Pilot is a very very highly respected position and there is a huge shortage of Nepali pilots (I estimate 40%, foreign pilots).
