That mix of skill, excitement, and adventure is what drew me to this field. In many ways, flying a helicopter feels like an art form, where you’re constantly adapting to the environment around you.”

His long-term plans are to explore multiple opportunities in different fields of aviation. “To start, I plan to begin my career as a flight instructor, which will allow me to build both my skills and experience. From there, I hope to transition into conducting aerial tours- what better way to combine my love for flying with sharing the beauty of Hawaii?” However his ambitions don’t stop there, Hayzen is deeply interested in the development of E-VTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing) aircraft and he hopes to contribute to their growth. “These aircraft represent the future of aviation, and being part of that innovation would be incredibly rewarding.” Ultimately, Hayzen’s long-term dream “is to use my skills as a pilot in emergency medical services or search and rescue. This career path appeals to me because it combines flying with the opportunity to help others in meaningful ways, whether that’s saving lives or assisting in crisis situations. There’s no greater reward than making a positive impact through my passion.”
