On December 18th Maxwell Smith Mauna Loa Helicopters’ Safety Advisory hosted a free group ground for the students at the Kona base. In this ground lesson, he taught the students about the school’s Safety Management System, and how they will be asked to utilize this program daily in their training. Students were able to do hands-on training on the program and given their login information.
Looking forward to having all the students at MLH utilizing our SMS program in their everyday training, and helping to build a stronger awareness of what will be required of them when they are hired as CFI’s for the school.
